Acting on the instruction of McCullough Hill PS, Matthew Gardner prepared an analysis that examined real estate values for both mobile homes as well as stacked flat rental and for-sale product to discern the relative affordability of both product types. This study was central to testimony that was made in front of the Olympia Hearing Examiner.
